FAQ
-
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I can ship to most countries! Currently, my online shop provides shipping within the UK with the added option of shipping to Ireland available for works on paper. However, if you wish to purchase an artwork from overseas, you can contact me providing your full address and I will arrange a quote for your shipping.
Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. I have no control over these potential charges nor a way to verify them. The customer is solely responsible for all import duties and taxes.

Can I collect my artwork in person?
Yes, absolutely! You are very welcome to collect your artwork from my home studio in Manningtree, North Essex, UK. Please select ‘Studio Pick-up’ at checkout to avoid shipping fees and get in touch with me after your order has been processed to make arrangements.
-
Can I pay in instalments?
I understand that purchasing original artwork is an investment, which is why I am happy to offer payment via instalments. You can choose to pay in 3 instalments over 3 months Please email me to discuss this further. Your painting will be delivered when the balance has been fully paid. My usual shipping and returns policies will apply.
-
Do you take commissions?
Yes, I can indeed take on commissions and really enjoy collaborating with my collectors on these projects, however being a Mum of two this will depend on my availability.
My commissioned paintings usually take 6-8 weeks for completion after the deposit has been paid. Due to the extra care put into creating the perfect piece for you, prices are approximately 15% higher for a commissioned piece of original art. Please get in touch to discuss this further.
-
Can I see more photos of an artwork I am considering?
Of course, I would be very happy to send you more photos or a video of an artwork that you are considering.
If you live locally I would equally be happy to arrange a studio visit, by appointment, to view particular works. Please contact me to discuss this.
-
What is your refund policy?
Please take some time before you purchase to carefully read the artwork description, check colours, sizes, framing, lead times for delivery etc. I work hard to ensure that my paintings are shown as accurately and true-to-life as possible, all in the hopes that when you receive your artwork in the post it is exactly what you hoped it would be.
However, suppose you are unhappy with your painting or just changed your mind. In that case, I offer a full refund up to 14 days after receipt - refunds will be honoured after artworks are returned in perfect condition, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping costs are not included in the refunded amount.

How do I look after my painting?
Works on paper should be framed behind glass to keep them protected.
I varnish all of my paintings on canvas, wood panel or paper mounted on wood panel with a satin UV varnish. I recommend that you use a dry lint-free cloth or duster to occasionally brush over the surface of your painting to keep it clean.
